Bump tag

 In fitness we have been playing bump tag and it was fun playing

	Equipment: 1. A class full of children 2. Two soft balls, pool noodles or form sticks 3. Two partners 4. You will need a tagger and a runner  5. Find a spot somewhere but not near stuff like chairs
Game set up Children get into buddies and spread around the court. 2 taggers and 1 buddy need to be chosen to start the game.
How to play Get into buddies and spread out inside the court with your buddy. The teacher chooses 2 taggers and 1 pair to be the runner and they will get a soft ball  When the teacher says GO the taggers chase after the runners while the rest of the buddies stand still.  If a runner is tagged by a tagger they will switch roles. If a tagger tags you then your buddy becomes the new runner and the old runner becomes safe.

Temperature

We have been learning temperature and here is a example all the ways to use a temperature.

Directions/steps 1. Walk out the gate of Hornby Primary School, turn left and walk to Waterloo Rd. 2. When you get the lights, press the silver and wait until the man turns green.  3. Cross the road onto Carmen Rd and stop at the G.A.S station. 4. Walk up to Chalmers st and turn left. 5. Last of all enter into the Hub.

Heat it up experiment.

 We have been reading about heat also we are doing temperature in maths and we combined it altogether so we are maybe going to do a experiment about this.

Heating up water
You will need Two cups Water White paper Black paper Thermometer Tape  measuring jug Notebook
Steps 1.Put black or white paper around the cups. 2.Pour the water that you had in the measuring jug in the cup. Also keep a notebook with you. 3.Put it in the sunny place for two hours.  4.Get a thermometer and put it in and see what the temperature is. Maybe it's hot or cold?

How to make a hot chocolate

We have been doing how to make a hot chocolate in writing time. First we made a title, next we rote the materials and ingredients then the steps.

We then made it into this and it looks like we made a book with a hot chocolate picture at the front.   

How to make a hot chocolate
Materials/ingredients Milo Milk Marshmallow  Microwave Mug Spoon Towel
1. Fill your mug with ½ milk. 2. Put your milk in the microwave for 1 min. 3. Take out your milk from the microwave. 4. Put two teaspoons of milo into your mug. 5. Stir the milo 6. Put marshmallows in your cup. 7. Drink it.

Shreeya Describe

I am in a tree house. It is the biggest amazing tree house in the world.

We made it out of wood, we use a machine to make the wood smooth. We also have a swimming pool that connects  to the tree house. We cut down wood so we can make the four legs for the tree house.

There is beautiful blue water in the swimming pool. I went into the water and splash the water around .

We placed a red bed outside and inside the tree house. I walk to the roof and I jump and I touch the wooden roof that makes a cracking sound.

There are lots of trees that I reached and touched the bushy part of it. I smelled something weird and it was coming out of the oven because I was cooking cookies and they all got burnt.

After all of that I went on a hike so I can feel fresh and I saw a nice clear view. As I walk I touch the rails and they remind me of the train track.

I got back and I made dinner, and it was good I watched some t.v and I got sleepy so I hopped into bed and fell asleep.

In the morning I woke up and I wasn't in the tree house. I appeares back in my own bed. I wonder how that happen. I ask her and she reply with a note and it said  “You were sleepy so I put you in bed because you fall asleep and were in deep sleep that I didn’t disturbed you”
